Today is R U OK? Day - a day that encourages meaningful connection with family, friends, peers, and the community and reminds us that a simple conversation can make a world of difference.

This R U OK? Day, we asked our diverse and multicultural peers at the MHFA office how they check in with the people around them in their first language.

Reach out, check in with those around you, and let them know they’re not alone.

YOU'RE INVITED!

Let's join us for the Youth Mental Health Forum focused on one of the most pressing issues of our time: social media and its impact on young people 💬

The forum's highlight, "The Big Debate", will tackle the question: Should social media be banned for individuals under 18? 🤔

The event will bring together youth leaders, mental health experts, and educators to discuss the pros and cons of social media on mental health, its role in education, and the potential dangers of cyberbullying and addiction.

Don’t miss out on this chance to be part of an insightful conversation about the digital age and the well-being of youth. See you there!
