Somerville Family Day 2023

Come down and visit us at Somerville Family Day 2023 this Monday (13th) 10 - 5

1st Somerville Scout Group is back for 2023
Our sections are starting up again this week for a new year of adventure and fun. We have plenty of opportunities for youth aged 5+. You have nothing to lose, it's free to try out. So come along to the hall, Clarinda St Somerville and give it a try.
Joeys : 5 - 7 year olds Tue 5:30 - 6:30pm
Cubs : 8 - 10 year olds Tue 7- 8:30pm
Scouts : 11-14 year olds Wed 7 - 9pm

Tonight the cubs and scout had fun night with popcorn, marshmallows and campfire games. Was a great night meeting new member and investing our new scout leader (welcome Jordan)

Putting a call out for the following supplies, needed for an activity at Kangaree (upcoming Joey Scout statewide camp)
Can be dropped off at Somerville Scout hall Tuesdays (5:30 - 8:30) or Wednesday (7 - 9)
We are after:
* Golf balls
* Hat Elastic (like Hair tie)
* Plastic beads for bracelet making
* Colouring Pencils

On Tuesday 28th June, Dominos Somerville will be running a ‘doughraiser’ for 1st Somerville Scout Group. We will receive $3 for every sold!!

The cub were excited to bump into Ashlin and Troy from Australian Ninja Warrior while celebrating the end of the year at Bayside Rock tonight.
