Afternoon beautiful souls, meet Izzy, our beloved four-legged Zen Master, and the heart of our emotional support team.

With her gentle nature, Izzy holds the honorary title of Director of Emotional Support in our practice.

Izzy's unique ability to create an atmosphere of tranquillity and comfort makes her an invaluable part of our counselling and healing sessions.

Whether offering a reassuring paw or simply providing a warm presence, Izzy has an innate talent for easing worries and bringing a sense of peace to those she encounters.

Just a few more sleeps until Christmas!

This time of year is a reminder of the warmth and joy that comes from connections and shared moments.

During this season of celebration and togetherness, I want to acknowledge this may carry a weight of sorrow or loss for some. Those who know my story will know I wholeheartedly understand.

If you find yourself missing someone dear or feeling the absence of a cherished presence, know that you are not alone.

Amid Christmas celebrations, it's okay to feel the ache of a heart that carries memories of loved ones no longer with us or distant from us.

Their spirit and love remain alive in the moments they've touched our hearts, and their absence is a testament to their profound impact on our lives.

May this season bring comfort in the embrace of family and friends, in shared stories, and in the beauty of cherished memories.

Know that it's alright to feel the mix of joy and sorrow, to honour the past while looking forward to brighter days ahead.

If old traditions feel overwhelming or aren't possible, start new ones. It could be anything from a change of scenery to watching a specific movie with some yummy goodies to volunteering.

This year, I will be volunteering on Christmas Day. I find being of service uplifting—it brings me a sense of purpose and joy.

I wish you moments of joy, laughter, peace, gentle healing, and the strength to navigate this season in a way that feels right for you.

May the angels surrounding you and the spirit of the holidays bring you a sense of comfort and hope.

🌟 I'm Back! 🌟

Hello, beautiful souls! It's been a while.

In April, life threw me a curveball, and I ended up in hospital due to a health scare. That long night of tests and uncertainty made me realize something profound – the most important person who can honestly look after me is ME.

It's so easy to put self-care on the back burner. We make promises to ourselves when life gets tough, vowing to prioritize self-care and well-being. But then, the busyness of life takes over, and we slip back into our old routines.

🙋‍♀️ Hello, I'm raising my hand.

I decided it was time to take this seriously. I needed to conserve my energy and take a good, hard look at my actions, both conscious and subconscious. That's why I chose to take a break from social media to embark on this reflective and healing journey. It was always meant to be temporary, but I never thought I'd be away for six months.

Initially, I worried I was letting everyone down 😔 I adore inspiring and spreading hope in your lives, but I wasn't ready to share this publicly on social media.

Then, I felt it would reflect badly on my business. Interestingly, by creating space and keeping a promise to myself to heal those parts of me that needed my attention, my business flourished. Who would have thought?

I want to express my gratitude for your patience, love, and understanding 🙏 Many of you reached out privately to check in on me. It was unexpected, and lovely to know I'd been missed.

Remember, beautiful souls, even in the face of adversity, there's a gift in knowing that we can always start anew. We can awaken to self-love and nurture what's calling out for healing and growth.
