Today is our last day.
Thank you so much to everyone who has visited over the last weeks to wish us well. And everyone who sent heart felt message. It has been heartening for us to see that we have had a positive impact on the sewing community.
We are grateful for your custom over the years, it has been a great adventure. Thank you for that. ❤️

When one door closes another opens, for us and for the sewing community. There are so many gorgeous independent sewing stores out there who are so integral to keeping our community thriving. we are currently working fairly quickly through the cutting, however it’s the shipping that takes the longest. Since there’s a lot of admin-y things that we have to do there.

You guys are amazing! We cannot explain how incredible it has been to receive so many orders ❤️❤️
 
Unfortunately, this does mean we will have to delay re-opening the store for longer than we expected. We have been packing our hearts out for 12 hours a day since the announcement and still have barely made it past orders placed by 10am on Monday morning. 

⭐️For now, it looks like we will be able to open the store NEXT Saturday 7th September (maybe earlier). However, in the meantime, keep your eyes on our socials as we will be posting batches of last pieces to the site as often as we can to tide you over!

We have been absolutely inundated with orders, beyond our wildest imagination.
As a consequence we will have to shut our physical shop until Friday, so that we can catch up! With more orders coming in every moment, it’s not physically possible for us to prepare orders and ensure we aren’t overselling in the store.
 
⭐️ We understand many of you were hoping to visit soon, but we would ask that you only come past this Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday if you have an order that is ready to be picked up.
 
Our store will still be open for at least 3-4 weeks after this week, so there will be lots of time to visit and shop for the specials we have exclusively in store. And please do visit if you can, we would really love to see you before our final day.
 
We will be reopening our physical store on Friday at 10am for regular shopping.

It is with heavy, hopeful hearts that we must announce the impending closure of Fabric Deluxe.

While serving you has been a source of great joy, our lives have changed significantly in the past year, and we have made the difficult decision to close both our physical and online doors.

It has been our privilege and pleasure to meet and interact with so many of you over the years, and to have been able to play a part in so many sewing journeys. We will miss the brilliant chats we have had with so many of you over the bench and phone.

In the following weeks we will be selling the remainder of our fabric, haberdashery and fittings, so please keep an eye out for the special prices to come.

We just LOVE when you guys bring in finished projects for us to enjoy! And when we saw Vic’s hand stitched quilt - made from our collection of Japanese cottons - we were floored! 😍
Yes, you read right, every part of this quilt is hand stitched, including the binding and decorative top stitch. It took 5 months to complete and we think it was worth every minute! ❤️
