Panel No 3 ✅

Had the best day with my Grandson Oakley yesterday ❣️
His request was to make a fish. He chose the picture, we drew it, cut and fused it.
Needless to say we are both pretty stoked with the end result 🥰

Panel No 3 cut and the kiln is on with a reworked failure ❣️

Been a while 😁

Hard to believe this was a tv cabinet door once upon a previous life.
A salvaged piece of float glass that I thought was tempered glass. It was not.
So it got recycled into a beautiful dish.
The colour is amazing and has a gorgeous shine to it.
Luckily I have some more of this glass, I feel some more might be about to be made 😆
What are your thoughts ❓❓❓

Sometimes things don’t quite go to plan.
It slumped down in to the mould well, the edges were nice and smooth, but it also cracked ☹️
Time for some research and try again.
If I can get it right, it will be gorgeous.

A piece of salvaged float glass in the kiln to slump. This should be interesting 🤞
And made a start on panel 3.
