As I’m sure most of you know we are a family run business, so as you’ll come to see, most of our employees are related 😂 Paris is the youngest daughter of Monica and Bino, she has literally grown up in the shop. The Caulfield store first opened whilst Monica was pregnant with Paris, it’s how we all keep track of how long the store has been around. Paris is our star Koeksister maker and in her spare time she is studying Midwifery or also looking after her favourite people in the world, her niece and nephew.

Paris’ fave Product: Cape and Herb Spice, Louisiana Cajun (ask her for any tips to use this spice, it’s amazing)

These two wonderful people are our gorgeous business owners, Bino & Monica Da Silva. If you’ve ever been to the shop we are sure you would have been served by one of these two before. Bino is always found cooking the most delicious food in the kitchen and Monica is almost exclusively found laughing and chatting away to customers at the till or whilst packing a shelf.
Almost 25 years ago they decided to move their young family to Australia and soon after take the leap to open the Templestowe shop. All these years later they’re still working hard just now with a few extra helpers 😂 If you don’t find them working at the shops, you’ll find Bino on the Golf Course and Monica playing with her grandchildren ♥️
