These monster steaks weigh approximately 1kg each with a long, meaty bone. Our Tomahawks are super juicy and delicious! They are big enough for 2-3 people, but are also great for 1 very hungry person.

The best way to cook these extra thick steaks, is to sear them for about 4 minutes on each side on a high heat and then move them to an indirect heat or oven to cook through. For those of you that have a meat probe, take note of the following internal temperatures to aim for:
Medium rare 60–65°C
Medium 65–70°C
Medium well done 70°C

We are offering these 20% for this week only, via our our online store. All product is frozen and vacuum packed, with a limit of 2 per customer.
