As we are less than a month away from it (😱), we’ve prepared this guide with all the information you need to know about the event 🤓☝️.

Speaking to Pictures is back.

We invite poets, comedians and zine makers to present work, using pictures. We will have a raffle, drinks and we provide free cheese and banquettes!
So come along, see something surprising and hear something compelling.

⚫️We will be hosting a letter writing and banner painting event to protest the continueing genocide of the Palestinian people. We will begin by sharing resoruces and emails of politicians and organisations. We will then spend some time composing some emails and sending them off. Paint, brushes and cardboard will also be provided to make signs for the protest. You can make your own or help other people with theirs. please wear a facemask and take covid safe measures.
⚪️This will be a stress free, safe and social event to help connect you with others fighting for justice.

We condemn the continuing violence inflicted on the Palestinian people by the state of Israel. We urge you to write to your local council or MP and express your disgust at these appalling human rights abuses. Over 6000 bombs have been dropped on Gaza, a densely packed population of 2 million people, living in a city the size of Canberra. 5,700 Palestinians have already been killed.

We also urge you to attend the weekly rally’s until our political leaders cannot ignore this humanitarian tragedy.
