Congratulations to Year 10 students, Nidhi B and Josephine B, who stepped into the MC role at the 2024 Learning Environment Australasia Awards at the Forum Theatre on behalf of the Centre for Higher Education School (CHES)! Earlier this Term, we had the great pleasure of holding an official opening ceremony for our new school buildings! We welcomed back our local MP, Nina Taylor, alongside representatives from JCB architects, the Renascent construction team, our Regional SEIL, and Richard Chan, our school council president. Congratulations to the Year 12 students of 2023 who have successfully completed the innaugural International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) at Mac.Rob! The IB is scored out of a total of 45, with a maximum of 7 for each subject, and 3 for the three Core elements. 100% of the cohort successfully completed all requirements to satisfy the Diploma, with our highest achieving IB student being Milly Shaw, with a score of 42. Our second highest achieving student Annabelle P**n, with a score of 41. A terrific result, and we are incredibly proud of all our IB students, their families, and the staff who have supported the introduction of this rigorous academic program at Mac.Rob!
Stellar VCE results for Mac.Robβs biggest-ever cohort of students! These results are a celebration of an inclusive and connected group of young leaders and role models, who supported each other to focus on growth and development. We are incredibly proud of our VCE students, and eagerly await the International Baccalaureate Diploma results on January 4th, 2024.
Well done to the Class of 2023, and congratulations to our highest-achieving VCE student, Elsie Yip, who achieved an ATAR score of 99.90!
