Have you ever tried a sound bath meditation session?
The first time I enjoyed a sound bath was around 20 years ago! The profound experience of deep relaxation and feeling bodiless was truly magical! I went onto explore sound therapy and started my collection slowly, purchasing these beauties 🤍
Here are some questions that are frequently asked about the sound bath meditation sessions
💫 What do I do as the participant in these session?
Simply lay down…get comfy…warm..close your eyes, listen to the sounds and relax
💫 What are the benefits of these sessions?
Crystal healing bowls can synchronize brain wave frequencies, encouraging deep relaxation and a tranquil mind, which may ease anxiety and manage stress! Also helps strengthen the immune systems
💫 How often should I have a sound bath?
Recommended 1-2 sound baths per month
These beautiful bowls have been apart of my meditation sessions for over 15 years! As they are played often the healing love and vibration and sound can be quite powerful

As we watch the leaves starting to gently fall from the trees, it’s a reminder for me to let go of all the sh*tty, wasteful thoughts, and be more present 💫
🧡In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Autumn is a great time to take extra care and nourish our lungs from any heaviness’s, especially sadness and grief
🧡Simple deep breathing exercise to refresh lungs
🧡 Take a full.. deep breath and say
“I take in life to the fullest”
🧡On a big exhalation say
“ I let go what no longer serves me”
🧡 Repeat 3 times morning and night

Loved sharing Meditation & Mindfulness practices with the healing sounds of crystal bowls this morning
The lovely owners Alex and Megan, organised a ‘Staff Wellbeing day’ which also included massages and fresh juices! I was fortunate to be gifted a 15min massage before i drifted away 🙏😇✨🧡
This week I had the pleasure of facilitating 2 morning Wellbeing sessions in nature, for 60 amazing teachers enjoying their staff Spirituality day 😇💖
These 1 hour sessions included:
✨Gentle exercises (Qigong) to increase energy flow/movement
✨Little bit of ‘light aerobic’ moves to encourage fun, joy and laughter
✨Meditation to relax, heal and balance the body

Aah Spring we do love you!…however being a Hayfever sufferer it can be a very tough season! 🤧
That constant feeling of having a cold or flu like symptoms can feel tiresome 🙏
Other than popping an antihistamine on those heavy days, I do my best to follow an ‘low antihistamine’ diet and take herbs (thanks to the wonderful Josie )🌟

✨It’s also a time to nourish relationships, spending time with people who matter in our lives.
✨Each season has its own beauty, and Traditional Chinese Medicine can help us nourish our minds, bodies and spirits in every season.
✨The water element in TCM belongs to the Winter season and is correlated to the kidneys and Bladder organs
✨The Kidneys are considered the root and foundation of the body so please look after them a little more throughout Winter! ❤️
