Dancewright!

Julie is working within our space here at The MYO Project. ✨

Dancewright provides personal training and exercise physiology services to dancers of all styles and levels, helping dancers to become stronger and safer dancers, and avoid or rehabilitate from injury.

Services include individual and small group training sessions as well as educational workshops for dance schools.

From April 2023, Exercise Physiology sessions including clinical reformer Pilates for people with chronic diseases such as Diabetes, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease or musculoskeletal issues will also be available.
