Hey! It’s Mother Nature here.
I haven’t seen you lately and I’m wondering was it something I said?
I haven’t felt the warmth of the soles of your feet or felt your fingers run through my branches in months. I feel like you may have ghosted me.
I’m lonely without you, are you lonely without me?
As I provide you with literally every single thing you need to survive: air, water, light and food I’m just wondering what you’ve done for me?
I get that you’re busy, I’m busy too (well sort of).
This relationship feels very one-sided. When was the last time you picked up some litter? When was the last time you red-cycled? You can’t remember can you.
You can’t even remember the last time you simply went outside, looked around and acknowledged the wonderful gifts I have given you with- you know, the ones you need to survive.
