The leaders I work with are super experienced and this message is not a new concept to them.

On a mental plane this makes sense to them but they come to me still struggling to be ok with this.

Two things to remember:

1. Acceptance is an actual frequency.

2. Just because something is ‘clear’ on a mental plane doesn’t mean it’s clear on the emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual plane.

The one question you need to ask yourself as a leader isn’t what you think.

​You don't need to do hours of deep diving to discover who you are as a leader. It's all being held within the answer of one very, very simple question:

Then take a step back.

You’ll be looking at a very powerful piece of information: your leadership identity.

Without knowing what kind of leader you want to become, how can you start to implement the practices, culture, behaviours and strategies to support yourself?

Your presence in the world and the way you lead your team all boils down to these 5 words.

It’s how you show up every day.

It drives your decisions.

It reflects your core values.

It determines your responses.

Not just at work, but in the world.

The world needs Conscious Leaders, now more than ever.

Healthy, grounded leaders who can drive change and make an impact.

​In a chaotic world, they can provide the calm, steady energy needed to move through it all.

To stay rooted in an uncertain world.

Balancing discipline and strategy with intuition and flexibility.

And I believe you can be one of those leaders.

To do this, you first need to begin to be aware of your 5 bodies....

🧘 The Emotional Body: can be healed including past trauma or processing current challenges

Whatever you are holding onto and embodying within these 5 bodies is reflected back through your leadership and business...

Are you being LAZY right now?

​If you stopped scrolling and instantly felt sheepish, then I hate to say it but you haven’t unpacked all your unconscious beliefs.
​
​TBH, you’re not alone.

Lazy is a shadow aspect of self that most of us deal with.

Especially if you’ve grown up in a household that praises success or gives love on the basis that you’re a hard worker.

Anything less than 110% makes you feel that you’re being “lazy”.

(don’t even get me started on whether or not it’s ‘perfect’)

I wanted to break this thought pattern down because it came up strongly for me during a meeting I had today with one of my team members.

We have some really exciting projects in the pipelines that I feel all need my input, vision and direction on in order for them to progress.

And while these have been moving along without me while I’ve been in iso with Covid…they’ve come to a point where I need to get involved because it's a global vision that's needed right now.

​That's my genius.

And I don’t have all the answers right now.

On one hand: I want to give myself space to trust and listen to my intuition.
​
On the other hand: I want to get these projects going so we can bring them to life.

I know that a lot of leaders out there may feel the same way too.

Worried that their team might think that they’re being “lazy” or slow for not having ALL the answers right this very second.

The feelings stem from unconscious patterns that we are yet bring to light.

You are STILL successful, loved and worthy even when you don’t have all.the.answers.

Remember that.

Ever feel like you’re floating in limbo? Unable to land on one specific idea or opportunity? Feeling that mounting pressure to “get into action” but you just don’t have a clear vision on what that is?

I know that this feeling of “floating” between one thing to another is a natural (and perfectly normal) part of owning a business.

Everything moves, adapts, changes and flows.

…Situations. People. Opportunities.

It’s part of the cycle we go through as humans.

But how do we navigate it comfortably while still remaining as the visionary leader in our business?

The in-between stage after closing one chapter and starting another simply needs you to do these THREE things…

BREATHE.

TAKE SPACE.

TRUST.

Take a deep breath and hold space for yourself to just be.

You don’t have to have ALL the answers.

Trust that they will come.

Things naturally unfold and develop with time.

Trust in yourself and your ability to download the next phase of your vision.....

​It hasn't always been like this for me.
​
​I needed to clear a lot of wounds around trust and being ok to receive support. The more I cleared my own stuff, the easier it was to show up as the leader I needed to be to bring the vision to reality...

After close to a decade of developing and executing strategic plans, there's one thing I know for sure: 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞.

Behavioural flexibility is a must when you're executing your plan.
​
​Stay focussed on the overall vision, and as a leader, you will always know what the right decision is even when you need to go off the planned path...the vision is the guiding light.

Do you connect with your team members? Not just in a rushed, on the fly kind of vibe. But an intentionally create space for connection way...

Using to connect makes it so easy to schedule this precious time in with your people but it still doesn't seem to be happening for many business units. 

What stops you from connecting with your team members?

Our team of aligned humans are dotted all over he globe so running a virtual team meeting was something we have been focussing on for the last 4 years...

Here's some lessons and tips to help you.

1️⃣ Carve space for a regular team meeting. Consistency each week is key to creating the culture of connecting.
​
​2️⃣ Many of us have some horrible experiences with 'meetings' from working for other people so we spent a lot of time really focussing on using the time to connect while we developed the habit of meeting.

​3️⃣ Create structure. We have an intentionally developed structure that we use to run team meetings. It helps us cover off what we need and keep the connection meaningful yet time effective.

​4️⃣ Choose a reliable platform to host meetings on. Our pick is .
​
​5️⃣ Share the opportunity to run the meetings across the team. Remember good leaders create good leaders!

Growing up, I never saw my parents drink much water. So for many years of my adult life, I was unconscious of the magical benefits of being hydrated.
​
​Since going through several rounds of   and having to drink a gallon of H2O a day (3.8L), I was in shock at just how great you can feel when your cells are bursting with fresh water. 💦

Drinking the water had to start by being an active choice or decision I made to form the habit to take care of me first.

Feeling sluggish when you wake up or as you reach for the afternoon caffeine hit? Try increasing your freshwater consumption by just 10% over several weeks.

I'm drinking more water to stay hydrated, focused and on top of my game. What about you?

Ever tried to raise your prices and then started second-guessing yourself?

Raising your prices doesn't just start with a decision to raise prices.

When this happens, the decision for the increase is often based on FEAR, RESENTMENT, and SCARCITY; emotions that reside in a lower frequency.

Often your fear or feelings of not being good enough don't seem logical and that's because the issue doesn't even reside in your mind.

There is a whole lot of things you can focus on in business.

​In reality, it's only ever a few key things that need focus to elicit the speed of results you seek, much like this floor.

​You can see there are many tiles that we could look at all day, yet just a few are illuminated.

Making the decisions around focus comes down to you—the leader and visionary.

​As I have done more work to clear my s**t by going through The Spiral and becoming a Practitioner myself I find myself becoming more at ease with the imperfect no control journey of personal growth as a leader and business growth and it feels so good!
​
​I love this pic now. I see the joy. I see the creativity, the freedom and the smile on my face because I know what's coming and it's worth smiling about.

Being stuck in the 'stuff' looks like being on a constant quest to fin the magic strategy that will fix . 
​
​I see business owners (who are really visionaries) do this all the time is Marketing. Worrying what hashtags to use when they are still not clear what they are THE BEST in the world at and then the market that needs this and and that particular message.
​
​Or the business owner that spends their day micromanaging 'staff' and surviving when they could be getting clear on their WHY and creating a revolution that attracts a team of humans that are excited to support and work with them to bring the vision to life.
​
​You are a VISIONARY.
​
​Look up.
​
​Create the vision and then build the ship and the team that will take you there.

When I was 6 I loved my ballet classes until the teacher I had told me I would be too tall to ever be a 'good' ballerina. Not long after that I stopped wanting to go and that was the end of that. 
​
​As young children we have information and ideas projected onto us all the time:
​
​〰️ ways to do things
〰️ opinions
​〰️ beliefs
​〰️ ideals
​〰️ memories
​
​and our developing brains attempt to put it all together. To make sense. 
​
​This forms our own internal map of the world, your internal programming. 
​
​Much like a computer.
​
And like any program it can be rewired it need be.
​
​If I had known this when I was 6 perhaps I would have elected to return and dance anyway? 
​
​Perhaps I would have decided that I wanted to create a world where I didn't just dance to be a pro. But that I could dance for joy.
​
​Or perhaps I could have decided that I was going to be a pro anyway.
​
​It doesn't really matter in the end. The point is I always had a choice. I just never really knew that until much later.
​
If I could go back now I really do think I would tell my 6 year old self to keep on dancing and not give a F what anyone thought.....

​What advice would you give your younger self?

​The clearer I become on my own vision the easier it is to see that this will not be for everyone. So as much as we want to magnetise the on purpose business owners, leaders and CEOs to our world we also want to gracefully repel the humans our tools are not for.
​
​We do this out of love. So we can spend more time going deep with the humans we can really help and letting others get on with finding their own path,
​
​Here's 5 ways we are doing this as a team:
​
1️⃣ Weekly check ins on our mission. Who is this for. How will we help. What will the world look like when we get there. The team discuses this every week with me.
​
2️⃣ Choosing the vibe I LOVE. Not what I think people expect of me or what will make people like me. Vibe means: things I speak about, solutions we help our clients find, having a business model that makes my heart sing.
​
​3️⃣ Speaking my truth because in the end that is the only way. It's too easy to feel like you have to put a mask on here in Social Media land. But that's like going on a date and pretending to be something you're not. Exhausting and s**t for everyone involved in the end.
​
4️⃣ Being ok to say no. If we have people reach out and apply and it's not a hell yes from me and the team it is a polite no and a suggestion of who could help. 
​
5️⃣ Believing that there is an abundance of everything for us all. There is no shortage of time, money, love, mentors and clients. I trust the process while being discerning about the magic I want to play with and in.
