In the whirlwind of daily life, it’s easy to forget the importance of taking time for ourselves. Amidst the responsibilities and endless to-do lists, carving out moments for self-care and creativity is not just a luxury—it’s essential for our well-being and growth.

I’ve been on a journey of healing, seeking balance and harmony in every aspect of my life. This journey has led me to some profound realisations: the power of my mornings with Dusk, the magic of yoga and meditation, and the importance of connecting with nature. It always astounds me I gaze at the stars, I find a sense of peace and inspiration, reminding me of the vast possibilities that lie ahead…

In this spirit of renewal, I’m ready to take action again. I’m excited to share that I’m working on something truly magical—a Tropical Island Magic Retreat for the full moon in October 2024. This Retreat will be a sanctuary for those seeking to reconnect with themselves, heal, and create something meaningful. Under the glow of the full moon, we’ll immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature, practice our kundalini and mindful movement, and explore (the island) and our creativity in ways that will leave us transformed. (Plus I’ve been there before so I know it is exactly that!)

As mentioned more details to come, but iykyk - Reiki & Wellness next year will be expanding interstate and relaunching the things of connection, kundalini classes and meaning and purpose. I am grateful to have provided you with healing and be in loving service and to be there when you have needed it most.

I personally have had a huge year of self reflection on the times when I have neglected myself. I have now sat with, cleared, and moved through barriers and restrictions and I am now filled with such healing peace. I wish the same for you too!

The Peninsula Hot Springs is your perfect place to Reconnect and join Our beautiful day Retreat being hosted on the Gorgeous Mornington Peninsula.

The ease of the early morning arrival gives you (and friend) to arrive with the morning fresh air and sunrise sounds.

We embark on the journey of Reiki Healing, Yoga, Nature, Meditation and enjoy the Thermal waters.

Be invigorated by the healing power of hot & cold therapy in state-of the-art saunas and cold water plunge. Flow between the hot saunas, our ice plunge pool and our cold plunge pool.

Arrive from 7:30AM for an 8AM start and be leisurely guided and supported with the opportunity to stay all day with your bathing pass and leave feeling totally refreshed and deeply nourished.
