THE BLOOMIN GOOD MARKET will take place on Sunday September 29 and Sunday October 27 allowing visitors to Bendigo and locals alike to tip toe thru tulips, sip bloomin good coffee, savour sweet and savoury treats, stimulate your senses with beautiful botanics, enjoy live music and more... The markets forms part of the City of Greater Bendigo’s annual BLOOM FESTIVAL program, which sees more than 43,000 tulips bloom throughout the city.

FRESH DILL in every jar. We could take a shortcut and use dried at a 1/10 of the price. But after working for in Glasgow, who drilled into us the importance of using fresh herbs I just can’t use dried, sorry!
Hot honey mustard up today. All our mustards are cold processed to keep the heat in the seeds. Our hot honey is like a mix between a hot English mustard and a sweet American mustard.

Lacto-fermented dill cucumbers 🥒 we had some lovely small Kirby cucumbers and decided to ferment instead of pickling in vinegar. They are a proper pickle. Great garlic and dill taste with a lovely crunch!
We made 2kg large jars. 23 in total. Available this weekend ONLY at our farmers markets or pickup from the workshop. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
