National Diabetes Week 14 – 20 July, 2024
This year, the campaign amplifies the voices of the diabetes community.
Australians living with all types of diabetes should have equitable access to the technology they need to live well.
Right now they don’t and this needs to change.
Right now in Australia, access to diabetes technology isn’t fair and equitable. Some people have technology like CGM devices and insulin pumps, while others go without.
Let’s unite in the fight for tech.

As I sat updating my department's clinical procedure manual on a gloomy Friday in Sydney, I couldn't help but ponder on how to ensure the well-being of our patients. That's when I recalled the Interactive Pathway of the 2021 Australian DFD Guidelines - a comprehensive resource that can help us devise effective prevention strategies for our patients.

Are you a podiatrist with less than five years of clinical experience and an interest in the high-risk foot?
The APP-HRF Group Mentor Program is an opportunity for early career members of the group to connect with experienced podiatrists who are leaders in the high-risk foot. Mentors will support and advise mentees on career paths, goals and strategies as well as assisting the mentee to further their knowledge and skills.
