Meet Kris!
I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. I was always a sporty kid and always had a passion for fitness. For years (since I was 15) I would participate in Body Pump classes and fell in love with the music, the way my body was changing and most importantly the amazing feeling I had when I finished a class. I then decided I wanted to be up on a stage and help others feel the same way. What was once a hobby soon become a lifestyle I couldn't live without. After having my 2 kids I decided to pursue my passion and become a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I really love what I do as I think being a consistent figure in someone's life as their trainer is so rewarding. I also love how teaching a group fitness class can turn a bad day into a good one. I love watching people work hard, sweat and recover right before my eyes. It’s amazing!
Making positive changes in peoples lives and seeing their transformations is the BEST feeling in the world! I have such gratitude for my job! 🙏

Discovered Yoga and meditation at age 16 at high school where I experienced the great feeling of calmness, clarity and general sense of happiness after every class! I continued to practice whenever I could over the years, in between working, having children and the busyness of life, I always returned to Yoga. Now with the family grown and more time for me, I realised I wanted to teach Yoga, to try and pass on the feeling I have experienced to others. It's not about being perfect, but about progress. The more you practice, the more benefits you will experience. Our mind, body and spirit are always evolving and so you will notice each time a different feeling at the end of each session. Yoga helps to build strength and stamina, and relieve and release physical and mental tension. Empowering and transforming. My wish for all who practice Yoga is to feel peaceful, grounded and rejuvenated ...

Club Lime is coming to our gym! Members were sent email communications yesterday regarding the acquisition of One Health and Fitness by Viva Leisure (Club Lime gyms).
You may notice some changes as we rename to Club Lime. However, rest assured that our service, facilities and incredible community will remain unchanged during our transition.
Once gyms open back up, you’ll be able to access all Club Lime gym locations in Victoria, with no additional cost to your membership. Win!
