Including Vietnam, our first ever cuisine (circa. 2016) which gained us our first 1 Hat during our first 4 months of service.

The first course of our Moroccan tasting menu is here! Enjoy a selection of delectable Mezze, perfect for sharing and changing weekly to reflect the seasonality and charm of Moroccan markets. A highlight: Smoked eggplant, pickled shallots, parsley, and feta - charred to perfection on our grill.

While hummus isn’t traditionally Moroccan, Morocco’s rich Arabic and Middle Eastern influences have inspired me to bring back my famous hummus to Atlas Dining! 🥙✨ I’ve given it a unique twist with a touch of North African spices.
