✨ Instructor Spotlight ✨
Maranda has been doing pole for more than 7 years now! Starting pole in her late teens she has loved building her self confidence through the unique strength and flow of pole dancing. 💖 She loves trying new tricks, especially if they involve flips and working at it until she nails it! 💪

Maranda is also a yoga teacher🧘‍♀️ and weaves these skills into her classes to support every student wherever they are at on their pole journey. 🥰

Half way through the term and we are already feeling the chill ❄️ Come dance with us to have some fun and keep up your training over winter 💃🔥

Our beautiful student has been doing aerials for an incredible 12 years! 🎪 Katie is so dedicated she even set up her own silks rig in her backyard! 🤸‍♀️
Katie is the master of making up names for any and all silks moves keeping everyone on their toes with her creative names! 😂✨
We love the hard work Katie puts in every class and seeing all our students progress and have fun trying aerials! 🎉

✨Instructor Spotlight✨
Renee is one of our gorgeous instructors at our Adamstown Studio 💖 Renee started pole dancing with zero dance experience and has worked extremely hard to get flexible, strong and work on her dance skills! 🕺This persistence has paid off, Renee can now do so many insane tricks and loves to inspire her students to do the same. 💫

When she is not at the studio Renee is completing her PhD in Vision Science and is an optometrist on weekends 📚 👩‍🏫

From 20+ years experience as a contemporary dancer to beginning pole in 2019, Montana is about all things flow, technique and spin! 💖
With her contagious positivity she guides her students as they become beautiful polers!!! 👯‍♀️

Laura is one of our beautiful students who has been training pole on and off for 12 years.💪 A really great motivator for Laura to get back into pole seems to be always after every break up! 😂 Did you also know this powerhouse used to be a police officer? 👮 🚔

One of Laura’s absolute favourite moves is a jade split! 🤸‍♀️This is because she has mastered how to ‘fake’ split, but one look at this amazing shot and she has got us all convinced that she can pull off a good split!🔥💫

Things you should know before starting pole and aerials:
❤️ be kind to yourself because everyone is different and we all have our own strengths
🔑 consistency is key - there will be times where you will not feel like you can do it but keep showing up and you will get stronger
🕺 the only person you should be worried about is yourself. You are there to learn crazy new tricks, challenge yourself and to have fun!!
