Zen Seniors Movement & Meditation Classes
Join our twice-weekly movement and meditation classes tailored for those over 55, held every Monday and Wednesday at 11:30 am. Enjoy herbal tea and friendly conversations before and after class.
Our class accommodates all abilities, with options to practice standing, lying down using props for mobility, stretching, and strength, or seated with various props. Teachers provide personalized modifications and progressions as needed.
It's not just an exercise class; it's a community! Connect with others over complimentary herbal tea in our communal area before and after sessions.
