Big thank you to Council officers and the Mayor of Kalamunda for their assistance and support of plans to build a Child Care facility at 35 Sanderson Road Shopping Centre. It is wonderful to be able to see Council working closely with Owners to facilitate a much needed service being introduced into the local community.
The need for further Child Care facilities in the locality is something identified very early by the new owners as a service under supplied in the locality and has been almost two years in the planning stage. The Child Care facility will front Willoughby Road and face directly onto the school. It is simply the ideal location for the provision of this essential service.
The centre owners are now in discussions with an experienced operator and will hopefully soon be able to announce the operator/tenant.
