⚡ Let's Move Winners - Prize Pack Donation 🥇 🎁

In March 2024, AFAC participated in the Global “Let’s Move Challenge” which was run by Technogym. Having placed 1st in Australia and 7th in the world, we were given three sports prize packs to donate to the local community 🙌 ✨

Thank you to everyone who took part in the challenge, as your moves made the difference, not only to your physical and mental health, but to our points total. Now your effort will help make a difference in the lives of the children at Cecil Andrews College, as on Monday these three sports packs were presented to use for their Sports and Physical Education Session 🏈 🏏 🏃

Just do it July Challenge Winners 🏆 🥇

Congratulations to our Challenge superstars from our July Challenge, which saw competitors complete 2 back to back AMRAP's. This involved completing as many squats as possible in 60 seconds, straight into a full on effort of how many push ups could be completed in 60 seconds.

The Just Do It July Challenge had 3 age categories, and here are the awesome winners:
