With the help of screening tests, cervical cancer is now one of the most preventable cancers. 💪

A cervical screening test detects human papillomavirus (HPV), which is the cause of almost all cervical cancers.

That's why staying up to date with your screenings is one of the best ways to prevent cancer in the cervix. 🙌

You should have the test if you're:
👉 aged between 25 and 74
👉 sexually active or ever have been
👉 a woman or person with a cervix.

If you meet the criteria, get screened every 5 years unless otherwise advised by a medical professional. 🗓️

Prevention is the best cure. One small test could save your life. ❤️
