There have been 6.8million gym visits in Victoria since Nov 2020, and ZERO cases of transmission.
The Chief Health Officers are falsifying data, to the detriment of our businesses, our industry and our members' health. We have always been COVID Safe!
Enough is enough. We are not the problem, we are part of the solution.

With the State Government announcement imposing a 5 day lockdown across Victoria (Friday 12th Feb 11.59pm - Wednesday 17th Feb 11.59pm), we are disappointed but we rise to the challenge and we’ve got you covered!

Here is what you need to know:

As of tomorrow, we will be running daily sessions with our awesome home workout program.

The same great BFT programs straight to your phone/pc that looks just like one of our screens! Your workouts will align with the awesome programs you are used to (minus some equipment) so you continue the same training we do in club.

There are no excuses - we keep up the momentum of 2021 and we make it work!

We push on with our 8 week challenge and our normal training routines, keep up with your meal plans and we take this in our stride!

And the great news is, you don’t have to do anything! If you have an active membership, you will get full access to BFT2U daily workouts!!!!

🌟 New Program Alert 🌟

BFT CARDIO U – This session is all about You(U)! A cardio session laser focused on you, where each individual follows specifically prescribed heart rate zones to reach for work and recovery periods. This program will take your fitness to the next level (if you stick to the program!)

You will keep moving at a lower intensity through the recovery periods, to bring your heart rate down to the recommended target zone, before cranking it back up to get those heart rates soaring again! A session designed to better understand where your physical limits lie and how quickly your body can recover from intense work periods, regardless of your level of fitness and conditioning. Cardio U will benefit your BFT experience in a range of other programs, so get your HR monitor on and get ready to take your fitness to another level!

Minimal to No equipment required with the options of a Banded workout or a Bodyweight workout. The choice is yours.

5:15pm Monday - Friday we have a daily live coached session available with Jax. Guided and coached, with alternative exercises for those who require it! Book in via the MyZone app 🤙🏽
