Hundreds of kg's free weights, bars, kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls, plyo boxes, massive cargo nets and tubes and sledgehammers and tyres. Also opening an outdoor obstacle course and climbing wall in 2017.

The chosen Pre season Training venue for teams such as The North QLD Cowboys, The Brisbane Broncos. Richmond AFL, Carlton AFL.
