Particularly when the weather's actually banging and you just have to put on a jumper
How well can you refine a movement?
Having real time feedback on any movement can give you that missing pointer that you've been looking for..
Whether it's from a coach or training partner these cues are so valuable, for both parties.
Watching someone perform an exercise in the flesh you learn so much about different body types, mobility restrictions and technique, which in turn helps your journey.

A lot of confidence has been built recently to get people comfortable balancing off the wall
