Welcome to Enlighten Me. An online, medically supervised weight loss program created by Australian GP Dr. Angela Kwong.

Presenting our newest recipe, Cranberry Sprinkle!
Simply mix 2 scoops of Enlighten Me Vanilla Shake with 300mls of water, add 2 tablespoons of yoghurt and mix 💪🏻
Then top with delicious cranberry sprinkle mix, consisting of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, almonds, sesame seeds, and pine nuts, and excellent source of protein and fibre. Yum! 😋

Happy Father's Day to our Dads, Pops, Grandpas, Uncles and all of the Father figures who have made an impact in our lives 💙
Pictured is Benny, Dr. Angela's Father, who migrated to Australia as a young man, trained as a Chef, and ran his own Chinese Restaurant, instilling in Dr. Angela the importance of hard work and customer service from a very young age.
To this day, he continues to be a hard worker while also supporting Dr. Angela and her siblings with their endeavours, for which they are truly grateful.

I love bok choy and mushrooms.
In a pot, put some chopped-up garlic ( fry it up until golden brown), add bok choy, mushroom, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar and 50ml water, close the lid and leave it for about 5-7 mins.
Enjoy them with your favorite marinated meat/plant-based protein.

Lean mince, spices(paprika, cumin, garlic, onion and turmeric), tomato paste or tomato puree, salt, pepper, 1tbsp sugar, 2 big handful of spinach and 1 can of kidney beans(drain and rinse).
Super quick and easy to make, as well as fun to eat for the whole family! 😋❤️️
