Today on ANZAC day I would like to thank all those who have served our country and have kept our country safe, Thank You!

We are privileged to live in Australia and to know stories that we have been under attack before but we didn't know too much about it because of our amazing soldiers fought the fight and kept us safe.

To my dear grandfather, who served in WWII, Thank you for being so brave and going over to Europe and PNG to help those who were needing protection. Your bravery will never be forgotten.

I have no words and utterly devastated by the news of what occurred in Bondi Junction yesterday.
Australian's are deeply saddened by the attack and cannot believe this has occurred in our city.

My heart is with all those who a fighting to survive in hospital and for those who lost their lives and their families.

A sad day for all of Australia but especially those from Bondi Junction and those who were there at the time.

God I love a happy client!
I received this amazing google review today. This poor mum had reached her wits end after seeking help from 3 other sleep consultants, lactation consultants, paediatric nutritionist all who were unable to help her. She was referred to me and did not have much hope left.

I listened to her explaining her journey and recognised her concerns and challenges. I was able to explained to her the science behind baby sleep and also customise a plan that work not just for her baby but also for her.

It is hard listening to your baby cry hours on end and she has really struggled emotionally listening to her poor baby cry so much.

To get the news that her baby is having great sleeps with only a short time to fall asleep is honestly so rewarding.

As you can see I was having a bad day. No matter what i did I couldnt find the right solution. When you are overtired and exhausted yourself it can be hard to find the solution. Now that i have gotten my sleep habits back on track im here to help you now.

Is your little one struggling to catch those Z's? 😴 Here are a few tips to soothe your tired tot and promote better sleep for everyone involved:

1. Stick to a Routine: Establishing a consistent bedtime routine can work wonders for a tired baby. The familiarity of a routine can signal to your baby that it's time to wind down and prepare for sleep.

2. Create a Calming Environment: Dim the lights, minimize noise, and set the mood for sleep. Consider using white noise to drown out any disruptive sounds.

3. Comforting Cuddles: Sometimes all your little one needs is some extra snuggles and comfort. Holding them close, swaying, or gentle rocking can be incredibly soothing for an overtired baby. Skin-to-skin contact can also help regulate your baby's body temperature and promote relaxation.

4. Encourage Daytime Naps: As counterintuitive as it may seem, making sure your baby gets enough daytime rest can actually help prevent overtiredness at night. Keep an eye on their awake windows and encourage regular naps throughout the day to avoid an over-exhausted state by bedtime.

5. Be Mindful of Sleep Cues: Every baby is unique, so it's important to pay attention to their individual cues. Yawning, rubbing their eyes, or becoming fussy can all be signals that it's time for sleep. By recognizing these cues early on, you can help your baby settle down before they become overtired.

Remember, patience is key when it comes to dealing with an overtired baby. It may take some trial and error to find the best strategies that work for your little one, so be gentle with yourself and your baby through this process. You're doing great, and better sleep is just around the corner! ❤️
