Five stages of grief: ❤️‍🩹
-Denial
-Anger
-Bargaining
-Depression
-Acceptance

In reality, we do not experience feelings of grief one at a time or in a particular order. We know that there are no set stages that everyone goes through.

You may experience these things – because they are all normal feelings of grief. But they might come at different times, and you may swing between them at different times. It's normal to feel other things too, such as shock, anxiety, exhaustion, or guilt.

Talking openly about the cocoon stage is so important. It's a sign you're on a healing path. That you've woken up from auto pilot and are giving yourself time to decompress, process and reflect on life. It's a true act of self care that not everyone understands.
The more aware we are of it, the less we will take this personally.

On average, one in eight men will experience depression and one in five men will experience anxiety at some stage of their lives.
Blokes make up an average seven out of every nine su***des every single day in Australia. The number of men who die by su***de in Australia every year is nearly double the national road toll.
Although mental health affects all genders, it is oftentimes overlooked in men, considered a weakness if they are struggling with it, or not taken as seriously. People with high-functioning and low-functioning anxiety share the same symptoms. The difference is how they cope with their symptoms. When individuals with high-functioning anxiety experience symptoms, they tend to push themselves harder and hustle more. Conversely, those with low-functioning anxiety tend to focus on avoidance or removing themselves from the anxiety-producing circumstances.
