Crows Nest Metro station is shaping up for its opening soon.

The Crows Nest Metro station is expected to open in next few months and it appears to be shaping up nicely, right next to where we are. This will most definately provide easy access and convenient transportation for many patients.
There are also several council car parking facilities near by with 2 hour free parking.

Dr Eric Song shared his view as a speaker in complications session and pigmentation session during Candela APAC Expert Summit 2023.

Incidentally found these plasma cells containing multiple bubbly vacuoles in sun damaged lip mucosa. These are called Mott cells and these bubbly vacuoles are overproduced immunoglobulins called Russell bodies. These cells are seen in conditions such as multiple myeloma but thankfully in this case these Russell bodies were proven not to be light chain restricted indicating these are unlikely to be associated with such sinnister diagnosis.

Dermoscopy features are subtle but triggered immediate excision biopsy which showed lentiginous melanoma confirmed with SOX10 and PRAME immunostain. There is a central area of regression. PRAME in this case was useful since it highlighted its true extent and margin assessment was easier.
The patient is scheduled for a wider resection next week.

Infiltrating basal cell carcinoma abutting cartilage but not yet infiltrating. They are forming a long front right up against the cartilage gathering momentum and waiting for the right moment to invade, and we got them all out in time.

We are closed from 24th December through until the 8th January 2023. We will use this period to refresh and recharge in preparation for 2023, which we anticipate to be another exciting year full of new plans.
