Many offer meditation courses as a type of therapy practice. This can at times be LESS beneficial to those whom have deeply rooted core issues that they have not yet resoled from needed therapy. Most mediation classes are not equipped with preparing people for how meditation can affect a persons psyche directly, thus deepening the damage even more at times. Hypnotherapy is therapy and a very experienced trained Clinical Hypnotherapist knows what they are doing and how to process the information that arises and carry and support the persons process accordingly to that individuals needs.
Many attempt to use meditation as a fix to resolve trauma and highly dysfunctional complex issues. You will find that whilst it my provide a sense of community and a sense of calm, it may only be providing the band aid not the solution.

Wow.

We are electrical beings.

We have an electromagnetic field, a stream of consciousness.

Those of you who have seen me for Energy Medicine or even Hypnotherapy or have had a Guidance Session know that you get to remember and connect with this part of yourself during the session.
I represent something that is not necessarily a tangible notion to express, yet somehow you get connected in some way to something inside of you that is an essence that exists above all of the earthly noise.

The fear of connection...

What I am noticing is that many are fearing connection to their spirit self. They really are. They are forgetting the electrical components that make up their being. We are not just flesh, we hold a spark inside of us that breathes life into our consciousness. It is the magic of our system... a miraculous life force system that contributes to who we are.

Sometimes we get very confused between the voice of our head, our heart or our spirit. The words of the spirit can be heard though the heart. We need to find the spirit within again.

The new Trinity Program I wrote was created for this very reason. I feel that there is huge need for something really different, so I have really taken my time to put this together in a way that the Hypnotherapy is really special, and each session is felt into.

The Trinity Program is made up of 3, two hour sessions, Synergy, Fusion and Infinity. Each session is two weeks apart and you will be able to select the time slot that works for you. All the available dates are on the new Trinity page on the website, along with all the information you need to participate fully.

SYNERGY is about reconnecting you back to your own bitfield and higher self.

FUSION assists with building of new self concepts by acceptance of the shadow self and its integration.

And INFINITY involves deep retrieval of ancestral patterns and purification of all the energetic footprints in relationships.

It is a really different experience that focuses on the electrical and spiritual components of the superconscious and the collective consciousness.

When I work with people I am like an Octopus, I hold many people in my field of consciousness and have a large capacity to do so. Many who work in the mental health sector are going though their own changes and shifts of consciousness and are themselves struggling to provide a pathway for the ever-changing expansive consciousness.

What we are witnessing NOW on the planet...
.. is the collapse of our own individual belief systems and programming. Your personal biofield of consciousness exists above your beliefs and programming. Your expansive consciousness will attempt to elevate and evolve you past the frequency of your current beliefs and programming, yet your beliefs and programming will always pull you back down.
The battle is within self, against your own beliefs and programs with the expansion of your own consciousness.

This is why choosing the right help now has become more important than ever to find someone who truly understands the intricacy of consciousness and the vulnerability of the psyche so as to assist you in the right way.

And with that I will leave it there for now.
