We have just had 8 Masters Athletes compete in the Masters HQ online completion. Working through 5 workouts in 10 days. Everyone pushed hard and smashed each workout. We have had some lucky enough to get through to the semi finals to be held in May. Well done machine masters, great effort!!!!

Lots of sweat and smiles for the Trifit 2023 competition. 🤩🙌🏻We had 12 Members make the trip to Newcastle to throw down and they smashed it! Super proud of the crew and all their efforts!
