The January DTS team that is currently serving in PNG, have just finished up helping with the dental outreaches in Central Province, and are now headed to Fisherman Island for this week of outreach!

The January DTS team, currently conducting their outreach in Australia, helped this afternoon in preparing for the Scripture Union chaplains' event tomorrow. Helping to show them a model of youth seminars and team building programs, demonstrating how they can be effectively implemented with local schools.

"Hello! My Name is Ruthie! I am new here on staff and excited to be here!
I am from North Wales in the UK, and did my DTS in January 2023.
I love all things creative, whether that be photography, painting, or music!
I also greatly appreciate spending time in the outdoors, enjoying a day out in the mountains or just finding a quiet spot to read.
Here on staff I will be serving part time in our cafe and also part time in our media team. So if you want a coffee or a photo taken.. let me know!"

Our Medical Ship the YWAM PNG, has its last clinic day for the year in the Fly River today, before it makes the journey to Port Moresby later this week!

As a part of DTS, you get to have an Australian wildlife experience! Holding fluffy, sleepy koalas, feeding friendly kangaroos, seeing crocodiles catching their prey, having a kindly snake on your shoulders, and many more Australian animals to check out!
The October DTS headed to the Billabong Sanctuary to meet all the many different Aussie animals!
