An absolutely glorious afternoon for racing. The vibes were so good they defy description (you just had to be there).

Unfortunately another crash. Best wishes and speedy recovery to the injured. And kudos to our first aider Amelia for all your hard work (also Bernie covering the first part of the racing).

Thanks to Simon for getting up and packing up, Justin and Kate making sure everyone was signed on and Garry as commissaire (making the tough calls).

We asked our junior cyclists what they like about bike riding.
They all agreed it's fun, and going fast is pretty good.
Their parents were more excited about building skills and confidence on the bike in a safe and fun environment.
The program ticks all the boxes and keeps kids and parents happy. There are different programs to target skill development based on where your child is at - from building confidence to ride without training wheels, to more complex skills and bike handling.

starts August 15 at the Criterium Track in Lindsay Maynes Park Unanderra.
The program runs for 8 weeks, and is run by accredited coaches with years of experience.

A perfect winter's afternoon. Just the ticket for a spot of bike racing.

Simon brought out the new (old) refurb for a solid sprint finish in B Grade. Young Esther took out 1st place in the cutest supporter. The young folk kept the veterans on their toes in C Grade. And we farewelled Tadej and Amelia - heading back to Kalamazoo next week.
