Don't get stuck on the outside! For all ticketholders! Medical forms need to be filled in ASAP! This is to confirm all Snow Pass numbers by tomorrow! In this email make sure to also join our KOTH 2023 FB group! If you have bought a ticket for the snow trip then this is where all information about the trip will be posted! This includes upcoming documents about rooming and bus allocation (which determines which team you will be in for the King Of The Hill challenge!). The link for this group is in the email sent out to all ticketholders! If you do not have facebook, you will have to create an account and join as there won't be information elsewhere. Not long now until the trip so we need ALL medical forms filled in, if they have not been submitted then you will not be allowed to come on the trip for safety reasons. These have been emailed to each ticket holder's email which was used when purchasing the ticket.

Hi all! We will allow name transfers up until Wednesday this week! If you are looking to buy or sell a trip ticket please use this post’s comment section to discuss. Name transfers will only be accepted when both the buyer and seller email [email protected] prior to payment to avoid scams. Hello all!!!! The much anticipated annual snow trip tickets are finally announced to come out tomorrow morning at 10am sharp! We thank you all for your patience and are so grateful to have maintained and grown such a keen, supportive network of snow enthusiasts! As a reminder the trip will be from Friday afternoon on the 28th of July and we will return on Sunday the 30th of July. This is the first weekend of the upcoming Spring semester.

Some information about the tickets:
The ticket for the snow trip includes accommodation for the trip, travel to and from Jindabyne by bus as well as travel to and from the Perisher snow resort and the ticket also includes breakfast and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday morning. The ticket cost will be $315 which also includes ski/snowboard hire.

As we work loyally with Oz Snow, we are able to get discounted weekend passes to Perisher, these can be purchased through Oz Snow on the bus as we head on the Friday to Jindabyne. Lessons may also be purchased then too.
