While the traditional Change Management approach provides great methodology and tools for Business Modelling and Business Process Improvement, as well as LEAN enterprise and Business Process Re-engineering or Enterprise Requirements Planning and other accountancy-based system solutions, it limits us in our innovativeness and creativity.
