W is for Walking πΆπΎββοΈ
Walking is not talked enough about being a great low impact cardio exercise.
Adding in at least a 20 minute walk, 3 times a week will have you seeing a difference in your overall health. Not to mention It's also one of the best ways to slowly start building your exercise routine π
