You're invited to the Barrie Native Friendship Centre's February Heart & Stroke Health Teaching on Thursday February 16th from 10am to 1pm. Lunch will be provided.

Come out and learn about healthy foods and medicines for the heart and brain. Try out a short zumba session and gain an understanding in how the 4 aspects of self affect our health.
