Changing and Growing

In June St John’s will have live streaming equipment installed. All you will see is a small camera at the back of the church. This camera will allow those unable to come to church to engage in our services via our website. We are also having security cameras installed externally to make sure your St John’s is kept safe. These measures are costly but with your help we are confident they will enhance the life of your church.

Today, Bishop Susan Bell instituted The Reverend Stewart Carolan-Evans as the rector of . John's Anglican, Burlington and The Reverend Andrew Rampton, rector of Church of St John the Evangelist, "The Rock on Locke". We offer our prayers to both as they exercise leadership in these new ministry roles."

May 19 is Pentecost Sunday. You are invited to wear red, orange, or yellow to church to represent the fire of Pentecost.

Join us on Sunday, June 9 at 4pm at Christ's Church Cathedral for Fiercely Loved: Arise, a worship experience celebrating pride in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Niagara. All are welcome for this celebration and invited to join us afterward for refreshments and conversation.

At this year’s Fiercely Loved, you can expect an uplifting Eucharist wrapped in lively music, joyful proclamation, and warm community. Children’s activities are planned for the day as well!
