ROCK Hub

The ROCK Hubs aim to remove barriers for clients by creating a centre where families can gain access to multiple supports and services in one place.

The ROCK Hubs operate out of two locations in Burlington, providing integrated services and supports, increased access to mental health, and early intervention and prevention services, for children birth to 17 years, and their families. They are home to two main programs – EarlyON and Our Community Cares (OCC). In addition, many community partners help to create a fulsome suite of ROCK Hub program
