To all our valued customers and the new ones..we here at asian bistro are having to make some difficult decisions of late. For those of you who got to know us on a personal level (we thank you) over the last 1.5 yrs of operation, know that my wife and I work really hard 7 days a week doing 16+ hr days to ensure you, as a valued customer, are getting the freshest ingredients served to you (we literally hand pick our vegetables and most products we serve). Unfortunately with the grueling day to day operations, staffing issues , and everything else, it has taken a huge toll on us. For the foreseeable future, we have decided to start closing down 1 day (Wednesday) a week to get caught up on the business (yes, we are falling behind on the operations). We hope everyone understands this as this ‘break’ will help us to serve you better with a ‘fresher mind’ approach ..we appreciate your support and understanding regarding this matter..

Sometimes a bowl of pho with some added fresh veggies is just what the doctor ordered..come on in, we will make you a bowl!!
