We’re joining The YYC Noodle Festival - featuring our Kwetiau Goreng - along with 14 other noodle enthusiasts, in celebration of the best of Asian cuisine while supporting a great cause. The YYC Noodle Festival partners with The Leftovers Foundation to help fight food waste and give back to our community.
Our Kwetiau Goreng offers a unique taste of Southeast Asia right here in Calgary, crafted with an authentic approach and a focus on quality. Unlike many other options, our rice noodles are made in-house to achieve the perfect texture and consistency that you won’t find anywhere else. Each serving is wok-fried to perfection, blending fresh ingredients like bok choy, cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts, with our flavorful vegan chicken. The result is a dish that’s not only packed with rich, savory flavors but also captures the essence of traditional Kwetiau. It’s a must-try for anyone craving a truly authentic and satisfying noodle experience

In Sanskrit, it translates to 'Water Lotus Spring,' which directly reflects our beloved grandma’s Chinese name.

She is the heart and soul of our restaurant. Back in Indonesia during the 80s, Grandma was always in the kitchen, crafting delicious meals, while our parents greeted customers at the front. Her love for food, family, and community lives on in everything we do. Though she has passed on, her spirit remains at the core of Padmanadi – a place where every dish tells a story of love, tradition, and togetherness.

Thank you for being part of her legacy!
