Belief shapes destiny. The mind is the architect of life. To create the life we meant to live, we must draw our minds to our deepest intention and the qualities of the Divine within. In yoga, this is the practice of sankalpa. A sankalpa is a positive declaration or affirmation. A sankalpa practice starts from the premise that you already are who you need to be to fulfill your life’s dharma. All you need to do is focus your mind, connect to your most heartfelt desires, and channel the divine energy within to realize your soul’s mission. A sankalpa is a powerful motivator that guides all your choice action for self-realization. What is your sankalpa? What is our heart’s deepest desire? The highest truth that you are to realize?
