An everyday sipper if you will. We call them desert island coffees around these parts. The Beanie blend is a full bodied medium roast. A perfectly concocted blend of Mexican and Brazilian beans resulting in a sweet, chocolaty treat that is delicious for filtered coffee and espresso. Joey comes to us from the Cajamarca region of Peru by way of Café Solidario and Origin Coffee Lab. Their ethos is to showcase the standalone quality of Peru’s finest. A feat that we believe they have accomplished here with Hey Joe.

We quickly fell in love with the prominent fudge and slight hint of citrus and honeysuckle notes this coffee produces. Highly crushable, gleaming with personality and approachability. This is the every day single origin sipper we’ve been searching long and hard for. Great in every brew method you choose, Hey Joe is the morning greeting that never gets old.

Cowboy Tears - our latest and greatest single origin espresso. Cowboy comes to us from the Nensebo, West Arsi region of Ethiopia, and is produced by Negusse Debella - a local computer wiz turned coffee wunderkind.

This washed Ethiopian is unique in the sense that it isn't a bright, fruity juicebomb that the region is typically known for producing. Instead Cowboy offers a more approachable profile reminiscent of dark chocolate with hints of stone fruit and nuttiness rounding out a full body of flavour. This taste profile lends itself to a great compliment in milk drinks, yet stands alone as a bold and satisfying shot. Two qualities that were essential for us when searching for the right coffee to source for Cowboy Tears. Thankfully, Negusse cultivated the perfect one.

Dreamy comes to us from the Gamutui community, out of the Kapchorwa region of Uganda. This beautiful naturally processed bean is a an absolute dream. We can proudly say this is one of the best coffees we've had the privilege to work with in quite some time! A fruity juicebomb bursting with personality. As soon as you open a bag of Dream, you'll know what you're in for as the aromas hit your nostrils.

We took special care and attention in the profile building for this one, keeping the development light in order to let all of the best qualities shine as they're meant to. The farmers, pickers, and processors did all of the heavily lifting here, we simply honoured their work by having the opportunity to present the fruits of their labour.
