The sun's out, and it's the perfect time for a BBQ! Here's how to grill up the best burgers in town:
Go High-Quality: Start with high-quality, fresh ground beef (at least 20% fat for juicy burgers!). You can also use another meat, like chicken or a blend of beef and pork. For plant-based folks, consider making seitan burgers or bean burgers!
Thumbprint Trick: Press a thumbprint into the middle of your patties before grilling to keep them from puffing up.
Don't Over-Flip: Let your burgers get a good sear on one side before flipping them just once.
Cheese Please: Add your favourite cheese a minute before removing it from the grill for perfect meltiness.
Rest & Dress: Let your burgers rest for a few minutes after grilling before dressing them with your fresh toppings and condiments!
Grab your apron, fire up the grill, and let's make this National Burger Day the best one yet! 🌞🔥

It is very tempting to tackle all your goals all at once in search of quick results. Behaviour change is hard, and if we change too many things all at once, we can set ourselves up for burnout. We see much greater success with our clients when we set a few small goals and gradually work down the list one goal at a time.
Here are a few questions to ask yourself to help determine your nutrition priorities: https://www.revivewellness.ca/blog/determining-nutrition-priorities/
On this International Women's Day, let's invest in our most valuable asset: ourselves. 💖✨ As we celebrate the achievements and resilience of women worldwide, let's also recognize the importance of prioritizing health and self-care.
🌿 When we prioritize our physical, mental, and emotional health, we're not just benefiting ourselves but also our families, communities, and society as a whole.
💪 Investing in women means recognizing that our health and self-care are non-negotiable. It means carving out time for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. It means nourishing our bodies with wholesome foods, staying hydrated, and moving our bodies.
✨ Self-care isn't selfish—it's essential. It's about setting boundaries, practicing mindfulness, and cultivating self-love. It's about recognizing our worth and giving ourselves the care and compassion we deserve.
🌸 Today and every day, let's commit to investing in ourselves. Let's prioritize our health and well-being, knowing that when we thrive, we can create positive change in the world. 💫
