These two young souls feeling some Qi and peace of mind.. and if anybody knows these two fire chickens, if they together their usually busy!! We found some space and worked on just being present in the moment and thankful for the time to just be.

I have to say, Im really enjoying working with Nalu Retreat and bringing not only relief but awareness of tcm and acupuncture modalities to the guest. With opportunities in booking treatments, or treatments with some spa time included, or night stays with treatments for single and couples. In these pictures we were able to provide some soothing calm spa time and also treatments for each guest. It was great meeting you all and enjoyed helping celebrate birthday evening 😊 🙏.

Having some movement and meditation at Fully aligned studios in Bedford. Here we are connecting with mind, body, breathe, and supporting each other through the journey. In these classes were bringing awareness to your breath your mind, is it racing is it at peace? We also learn what it is like to be ok with tension within our physical body and to be thankful four of our bodies getting us this far in life!!!!

Had the opportunity to provide some relief for this client, sometimes or should I say most times we are over working our body's and a good massage with some cupping can do the trick. One thing about cupping that you should know is that the cup marks aren't actual bruises as to say physical trauma to the skin. rather its blood vessels coming to the surface layer of skin inorder to create circulation and achieve stimulation to the local area. Although some treatments call for short term cupping or more intensive. It is the practitioners job to communicate, and understand the clients comfortability for the treatment.

As the week is starting wanted to say good morning, and hope everyone is recovering from our latest storm, after power delayed last weeks appointments I'm grateful to get back on it. Today I have 5 appointments to start the week off.

I had the opportunity to work with chantell and was able to provide some relief and range of motion back after a motorcycle accident, she had previously seen physio and wasn't seeing any improvement. With that saud i was able to address more then one of her main concerns and see some good responses within the treatments 🙏🙏, I'm grateful for the opportunity to help with the healing process and always am learning and growing my practice.

This place has come along really nice, as I work threw my learning plateaus of running a private yet fully functioning acupuncture clinic, and seeing results within the treatments for my clients, also creating space for individuals to come and reset, relieve, and understand what may be going on with the body.

Some first time Fire cupping for a good friend, we had good chat about what the cupping method can do and also what to expect. I look to inform and increase awareness on how our bodies respond, hold and release tension and soreness. I look forward to futher treatments and grateful for the opportunity to introduce the fire cupping with you.🙏🙏

This treatment consisted if some acupuncture and massage with a little bit of mediation bowls to connect the mind to the body. Moving energy from the head threw the body. This can help relieve tension, stress and anxiety!!! When my client doesnt want to leave... I know im working on the right path 🙏🙏🙏
