Haven't posted in quite sometime....this job just never seemed to end after working until 1am and 10 more hours yesterday I can now enjoy the long weekend woooot 🙂 happy labour day

Finished up a bathroom rough in yesterday and another tank to round off the week!!!! Even got to have a friend bring me lunch and enjoy the coolness of basement working. 🙂

Hose bib season is here and I'm loving this early spring out here in bc!!!!

Today I said give me a leak in the tightest spot possible, and lo plumbing God said ok, will do!!!! On a side note this is the first time seeing a plastic valve and waterline in the wild....if you happen to have that setup in your house it's hose bib season right around the corner so perhaps we would want to switch that out as well!!!!

Are these the future?? With everything going electric these days and excellent rebates my customer switched his natural gas water Heater for the Rheem proterra hybrid high efficiency electric water heater. It has 4 settings with various efficiencies and recovery. It is controllable over your phone and has leak detection among so many more features. If you've been looking at getting rid of gas maybe this is the tank for you!!!!!

This just came up in my memories and I must say I've always been quite partial to this reno that me and a couple others In calgary combined to do. It's definitely difficult installing older more unique materials but it turned out quite nice!!!!
