Québec City charmed King's students with its beautiful architecture and rich history.
They had a great time snow tubing, visiting the Ice Castle, and walking down the cobblestone streets of Old Québec.
King's students had a wonderful time visiting Montréal on the second day of their trip, creating more long-lasting memories together. They enjoyed a snowy view of the city from Mount Royal, explored the narrow streets in Old Port, and indulged in some delicious poutine and maple taffy.
We're off to our final destination: Quebec City!
King's University College at Western University students explored Ottawa's historic Parliament buildings, the lively ByWard Market, and enjoyed the original Beavertails.
Next stop: Montréal!
This Reading Week, 49 students from King's University College at Western University are on their way to visit the historic buildings in Ottawa, experience Montréal's vibrant arts and culture, and explore the cobblestone streets of Québec City.
King's provides rich, social learning experiences outside the classroom, and we can't wait to share the unforgettable memories they create on this trip.

Hear about why King's was the perfect fit for Raj!
Raj Patel '21 is a proud King's University College at Western University Alumni with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) degree with a specialization in Finance. During his time at King’s, he also took electives in other fields that he found interesting. Raj comes from a Gujarati family that immigrated to Canada in the early 1990s. His parents started their first business in Canada in the hospitality industry in 2003, and watching them operate it sparked his interest in the field and inspired him to study further and develop his own business background.
After touring the campus and connecting with enrolled students, Raj felt that King's was the perfect fit for his undergraduate experience to help him achieve his long-term academic goals. He loved the fact that King's offered smaller class sizes, which allowed him to make meaningful connections with his professors and peers. His favorite part of attending King's was the connections he made, noting that he met his closest friends at King's and is still in touch with his old professors. Raj also cherishes his time as a student leader and had an incredible experience assisting incoming first-year students during Orientation Week. The strong alumni network has also created a lot of new opportunities for him and allowed him to continue his education.
Currently, Raj is enrolled in the Ivey Business School, where he is pursuing a Master of Science in International Business. He says that King's was a great stepping stone for him and has prepared him for his master's in many ways.

Siddhant Budhiraja is a King's International student from New Delhi, India, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) with a specialization in Finance.
