It's sparring/kicking next week! For Green St. belts & up, please bring sparring gear and come 10-15 minutes earlier to get ready. For white to yellow belts, we will be focusing on kicking techniques (no gear needed). Let's have fun!

⭐Modified Class Times for Juniors: Blue through Black Belt classes will have adjusted times to optimize class flow and student learning.
