Capoeira Bamba Mississauga

What a great way to start the year!

Today, I had the pleasure of welcoming back one of my first students from when I just opened up our Academy. Vovo trained with me for 9 years before he had to take a step back, and today, we had the pleasure of welcoming him back through our doors. Fun fact, Vovo's son and grandson recently joined us too, and now we have 3 generations training simultaneously together!

We're so proud to see how far your dedication to Capoeira has come. Who knew that more than a decade ago, you would go from renting a time slot to taking over the lease and building this incredible space that many get to call home! As small business owner, We know getting to this point wasn't easy, many sleepless nights, long hours, sometimes barely even able to see family or friends and pandemic that no one saw it coming but you got a community around you who will support you through it all.

Thank you for everything you do. We can't wait to see what the future has in store for you!

Back in August, we had our first event with Mestre Lobinho and Mestre Graveto! We got so much great feedback that we couldn't wait a whole year to host another event.

We're thrilled to announce that Mestre Muito Tempo will be here with us on February 24th, 2024.
